Alyum Damala Badara Akon Tia, known to the world as Akon, has established himself as a talented American hip-hop artist, producer and songwriter, whose incredible energy charges thousands of people with positivity.

Although Akon has spent most of his life in the United States, he spent his early years in Senegal. In a creative family: his mother was a dancer, and his father was a drummer.
