Justin Timberlake rose to fame as a cast member on the hit show The Mickey Mouse Club in the early 90s. He later became the face of the boy band NSYNC, which achieved incredible popularity in the late 90s and early 2000s. However, while at the peak of the band's success, Timberlake decided to pursue a solo career. His first album, Justified, became a hit with songs like Cry Me a River, Like I Love You, and Rock Your Body, which showed him to be a talented and independent artist with an R&B and funk edge. In 2006, he released Future Sex/Love Sounds, which cemented his status as a successful solo artist. Singles from the album, such as "SexyBack", "My Love", and "What Goes Around... Comes Around", have been chart-toppers for a long time, showcasing his diverse musical styles.

After a career break, Timberlake returned with the two-part album The 20/20 Experience in 2013, which was met with public acclaim thanks to the tracks "Suit & Tie" and "Mirrors". In 2018, his experimental folk and country-inspired album Man of the Woods was released, which received mixed reviews from critics but was also a commercial success. In addition to music, Justin is actively pursuing an acting career and business.

Timberlake is currently presenting a new album, Everything I Thought It Was, which is his first in six years. Many critics and fans noted the artist's return to the style of his early works, including elements of R&B and pop music, characteristic of the albums "Justified" and "FutureSex/LoveSounds". Famous producers and artists such as rapper Tobe Nwigwe, singer Fireboy DML from Nigeria and the boy band "NSYNC" took part in the creation of the new disc. Despite the return to the roots, the album includes new musical experiments.
