Zemfira's concert will take place on July 6 at the ASP Arena in Konayev, Kazakhstan
Zemfira was born in Ufa, the capital of Bashkortostan. As a child, she showed interest not only in music, but also in sports: for some time, she was even the captain of the women's volleyball team. However, over time, music became the main thing in her life. Having received a professional musical education, Zemfira left her hometown and, thanks to her collaboration with Ilya Lagutenko from the group "Mumiy Troll", released her first album, which brought her wide fame.
Her songs are distinguished by an unusual structure: unexpected accents and vocal introductions create a sense of improvisation and live communication. Although in her works she is open to listeners, in real life Zemfira prefers solitude and rarely gives interviews, communicating mainly with close people. Her music is characterized by sharp changes in dynamics - from quiet moments to powerful emotional outbursts. This is especially noticeable in the penultimate album "Borderline", dedicated to themes of borderline personality disorder (BPD), which was recorded back in Russia. Only one mini-album has been released on the international stage so far - "Zemfira from Luka", created together with her nephew. This collection touches on issues of loneliness and self-discovery, and the nephew was responsible for the instrumental part and production.
In April 2024, the singer announced the release of a new album called "Colette", which will be the ninth studio release in her career. Last fall, Zemfira performed at major venues in cities such as Belgrade, London, Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam. This year promises to be no less significant for her and her fans. Therefore, those who want to attend Zemfira's concert in Kazakhstan should hurry up with buying tickets - they may quickly disappear!
