The group "Thirty Seconds To Mars" is preparing to please its fans in Almaty, performing on the stage of the Sports and Training Complex

The history of Thirty Seconds to Mars began in 1998, when Jared and Shannon Leto decided to form their own post-grunge hard rock band. Their musical style was influenced by such legends as The Cure, Metallica, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. However, over time, the band found their own unique sound, which made them unique in the music scene. Their first album was released in 2002 and received moderate success, but became an important step for the band on the way to recognition in the world of post-grunge. The band toured extensively with other famous representatives of alternative rock, such as Chevelle and Our Lady Peace. In 2003, permanent member Tomo Milicevic joined the band. Despite limited success of singles in the United States, the album received positive reviews from critics thanks to the production work of Bob Ezrin.

It took three years to create the second album, A Beautiful Lie; The recording took place on four continents, accompanying Jared during the filming. This more personal and lyrical disc attracted new fans.

In December 2009, the band released their third album, This is War, inspired by Frank Herbert's novel Dune. The album was filled with the spirit of struggle and resistance, as well as reflections on pain and the past. A special feature of this release was the participation of fans: their voices can be heard in the choirs of the songs, and more than 2,000 photos of fans decorated the album covers.

Today, the band already has six studio albums and many plans for the future. Concert in Almaty is a rare opportunity to see legendary alternative rock performers live!
