The final matches of the Euroleague 2025 will take place in Abu Dhabi

This year will be special for the prestigious European basketball tournament, since the first “final four” will be held in the Asian city. The organizers from Abu Dhabi have already stated that they are ready to become a permanent platform for decisive matches in the next few years, if the debut is successful.

Four clubs will fight for the main trophy of the tournament: “Real”, “Olympiacos”, “Panatinacos” and “Fenerbakhche”. The Spanish “Real Madrid”, founded in the early 1940s, is the most titled club in Europe, which has repeatedly proved that victories only go through a stubborn struggle. On February 9, they defeated the ICG Forca Lleida CE Lleida Bàsquet with an account of 84:95. The current champion is the Greek Panatinaikos, which Real Madrid was able to defeat last year. The club from Athens, founded at the beginning of the last century, for the first time since 2011 has won this title. They have twenty victories in the Greece Championship, twenty Cups of Greece, eight doubles and three Super Cups, which makes Panatinacos one of the most successful clubs in the country.
